There are several free earnings opportunities such as watching a video or sharing your email with a company. The most lucrative offers require you to signup for a service or even buy a product. Some seem very appealing (a month of free Netflix service) but if you opt for any that require you to share credit card information be sure to remember to cancel before the trial period is over!
